MICHELE BACHMANN SAID TODAY THAT HER CAMPAIGN HAS BEEN GOING ON 48 DAYS. FOR ALL THAT TIME SHE NEVER PROPERLY ANSWERED “YES” OR “NO” QUESTIONS. HER EYES GLAZE OVER AND SHE GOING INTO A STUDIED MONOTONE WHERE SHE TRIES TO MAKE ALL ISSUES AN OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE THE FOCUS OFF HER, BACHMANN, AND PUT ON PRESIDENT OBAMA.
Michele Bachmann is the founder and leader(?) of the Tea Party Caucus. In her campaign to be President she MUST answer for the misguided agenda of the Tea Party that is so egregious in stopping normal government from functioning. Standard and Poor’s singled this roadblock in governance in their announcement of lowering our bond rating. Michele is a “tax lawyer with a PhD. She knows what she is doing and must be held accountable by the Fourth Estate. We need a President who is honest and speaks clearly to the American people without deception! The media has not done its job when it comes to Bachmann. They must forget she is a woman and grill her just like male candidates. This is the equality Bachmann, herself, would call for.
SUPPOSE TINA BROWN OF NEWS WEEK HAD USED THIS PICTURE ON HER COVER? WOULD THIS BE SEXIST……..OR PORN? 🙂
I’ll promise you this, I’ll work every day to try to make Washington, D.C. as inconsequential in your life as I can.
We’ll be free in our families, and small businesses and states from the costly burdens of the federal government so that those groups can create and innovate and succeed. I believe in America. I believe in her purpose and her promise.
What did Rick Perry’s speech writers intend to reveal by using the word “INCONSEQUENTIAL”?
Am I wrong? Is this southern governor trying to revive the evil ideology of States Rights? Does Rick Perry champion America turning history back to the conflagration of Civil War, the result of conflicting ideology? This time they will call it a cry for “SMALL GOVERNMENT.” Rick plans to make his campaign about “job creation.” Does he intend to sell us on the states creating the millions of jobs we need? Rick Perry said:
It is up to us, to this present generation of Americans, to take a stand for freedom, to send a message to Washington that we’re taking our future back from the grips of … central planners…
Do you Americans feel you need freedom from the only level of government that can deal with the big problems that can be mammoth? What does Rick Perry do when hurricanes ravage Texas? He calls President Obamaand asks for disaster assistance! Could Louisiana deal
with Katrina without the “central planners” in Washington, DC? I keep tweeting TV host, Joe Scarborough, @joeNBC, that there are some problems that small government cannot handle. We need a massive jobs program and, hopefully, President Obama will reveal his soon.
That Rick Perry chose South Carolina to announce his campaign, I hope you disavow his cheap, veiled attempt to revive the long dead war between the South and the North. Long ago we accepted that we are “one nation, under God, indivisible…
“WE, THE PEOPLE…” REJECT RICK PERRY AND ALL THAT HE STANDS FOR. I CALL ON DISAFFECTED REPUBLICANS AND INDEPENDENTS TOJOIN DEMOCRATS IN SOLVING THE PROBLEMS OF THE POOR AND THE MIDDLE-CLASS. We were not mentioned in the Iowa debate and surely not in the Straw Poll. How can America advance and have a future if all our focus is on making our rich people and most profitable corporations even richer? It is we, the poor and the middle-class who sweat to generate their profits. God requires that they join us in SHARED SACRIFICE as we reclaim our dominance in the world and reward the world’s confidence in and respect for The United States of America! http://twitter.com/#!/GoodOleWoody/status/102735197241483264
“It’s a long way from the segregated south to low Earth orbit. But I am fortunate to have made the journey and to have had many opportunities to serve my nation in a 34-year career with the U.S. Marine Corps and in many roles at NASA, currently as head of the nation’s space program.
When I was a young man, my service as NASA’s first African American Administrator under the Nation’s first Black president would have been nearly unthinkable. But through the efforts of many people of all races, our nation has changed. And, thanks to the Space Shuttle Program, and NASA’s cross-disciplinary exploration missions, African Americans and many others have had access to space and also to science and technological careers. The shuttle was really instrumental in breaking the color barrier for African Americans in space, and it all happened without a single law being passed.” MORE…
