GOOD vs EVIL. HOW’S RICK PERRY DOING?

As GOP forerunner, Rick Perry, holds up the torch which lights his way to the Whitehouse, we see the tarnish: Daily accounts of his cronyism, questionable government appointments and campaign contributions, et als.  One asks one, “Self, does Rick Perry have the clean hands we would want to guide our ship of state?”

Gov. Rick Perry of Texas

Rick Perry is succumbing to the power of large contributors and the infamous Tea Party. Perry is moving more and more to the right. He is having to walk back on his statements and positions.  I wonder if he asks himself, “Where is my place in the battle of Good vs Evil Do I have to give up all my scruples to win the Presidency? Should I continue to deny civil rights to some Americans to please conservatives? How can I beat Obama when Americans think so much of him as a good man?”

I found this poem, “Good vs Evil.  Please enjoy reading it.
